Job summary

SentinelOne, Inc. seeks a Senior Counsel, Technology & Strategic Partnerships to own complex technology transactions, including OEM, licensing, and alliance deals. You will lead end-to-end negotiations and help build scalable playbooks in a new function.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Product, Engineering, Privacy, and Corporate Development on strategic initiatives and post-close integration, bringing strong negotiation and AI-enabled drafting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology transactions or tech-focused corporate practice.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex technology licenses and OEM agreements.
• Experience supporting M&A diligence and post-close integration.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex partnership and licensing agreements.
