SentinelOne, a cybersecurity company, seeks a senior legal professional with a JD from a US law school and an active US license to practice. The role focuses on technology transactions, IP licensing, and strategic partnerships.

You will independently negotiate complex agreements and work with cross-functional teams on new product initiatives and M&A diligence. We require a strong business acumen, excellent communication, and experience across enterprise SaaS, OEM, and channel programs.

Competenze

JD from a US law school with an active license to practice in a US state.
8+ years of legal experience focused on technology transactions.
Strong knowledge of IP licensing and complex technology agreements.
Fluency with AI tools and ability to apply them to drafting, diligence or KM.
Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements independently.

Mansioni

Draft, review, and negotiate complex partnership agreements including OEM, technology licensing and alliance.
Negotiate IP ownership, license scope, data rights, and AI terms.
Collaborate with Product and GTM teams on new offerings and terms.
Perform commercial contract diligence in M&A and support post-close integration.
