Snowflake, based in Menlo Park, is seeking an experienced technology transactions attorney to join as Senior Corporate Counsel 2, Strategic Product Partnerships. You will partner with Business Development, Product, and Strategic Partnerships to shape product go-to-market strategy and manage AI partnerships, OEM integrations, and co-sell arrangements.

The role requires top-tier negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive multi-department deals in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school; active California bar.
• 7+ years of legal experience, including top law firm training and in-house SaaS/tech experience.
• Deep experience negotiating complex technology transactions, strategic alliances, and data-related agreements.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS‑centric legal considerations, including data privacy, security, IP, and subprocessor frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional deals to closure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial and strategic agreements.
• Provide sound guidance on legal and business issues to senior leaders, balancing risk with business imperatives.
• Lead development of contract templates, playbooks, policies, and scalable contracting processes.
• Collaborate with product, privacy, security, finance, tax, engineering, and compliance teams to manage risk.
• Stay current on evolving AI, cloud, and data processing laws; surface issues early.
• Build knowledge and mentor peers to ensure resilience in a high-velocity environment.
