FIS is seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel in Jacksonville, FL (hybrid; in-office Tue-Thu) to lead complex commercial disputes and strategic litigation initiatives. You will partner with executives and business leaders to assess risk and craft effective dispute resolution strategies, advising on exposure and negotiation posture.
The role emphasizes technology, software, financial services, IP rights, and contractual matters, with preference for IP litigation experience.
Qualificações
- Juris Doctor or equivalent legal degree required.
- At least eight years of complex commercial litigation experience.
- Experience directing outside counsel and managing budgets.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and advise executives.
- Experience with IP litigation is preferred.
- Proficiency with legal technology and AI-enabled tools is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Manage a complex docket of commercial litigation and disputes in the United States and, where appropriate, internationally.
- Advise executives on risk assessment, dispute resolution strategy, and litigation posture.
