Qualifications

• J.D. required with active bar membership in at least one state.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in a trust company or technology company preferred.
• Strong communication, research, writing and analytical skills; able to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate contracts with a focus on favorable terms and alignment with organizational objectives; lead negotiation processes.
• Conduct advanced legal research to support senior management decisions.
• Advise on employment law matters, including contract drafting, termination, and compliance with labor laws and regulations; support governance practices.
