Accuray Incorporated is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions to join the Legal team. This role partners with Sales and other business functions to structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements while managing risk.

The Senior Counsel will also enhance contract processes, templates, negotiation playbooks, and training to drive efficiency and consistency across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and JD degree required.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant commercial legal experience.
• Experience advising on complex commercial transactions for sales or commercial teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely, practical, business‑oriented legal advice on commercial sales activities and strategic initiatives.
• Draft and negotiate complex customer-facing commercial agreements (equipment sales, software licensing, service agreements).
• Draft and negotiate distributor, reseller, confidentiality, consulting and supplier/vendor agreements.
