Advantest America Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel, Software, Technology & AI Transactions and Governance in San Jose, CA.

Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience in in-house or law firm settings delivering technology-focused commercial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on software, cloud, SaaS and technology agreements including MSAs and SOWs.
- Provide practical risk assessments and balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
- Advise on AI governance, data usage rights, IP considerations, and regulatory developments.
