Job summary

Confluence Technologies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join our global legal team. The role focuses on negotiating complex SaaS and technology contracts and advising on data protection and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with commercial, product, customer success and internal operations teams, act as the first regional legal contact, and help manage risk while enabling commercial results in North America.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in Massachusetts or Pennsylvania.
• 5–7+ years of legal experience, including time at a major U.S. law firm in a transactional practice.
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts, including B2B technology and information-related contracts.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate and defend positions and drive agreements to closure.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate complex SaaS and technology contracts.
• Advise on data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Provide pragmatic, business-focused legal guidance across commercial, product, customer success and operations teams.
• Serve as the first point of contact for legal matters in North America.
