Qualifications

Eight or more years of experience in-house and/or at a law firm supporting technology transactions.
Extensive experience negotiating SaaS, software, cloud services, and enterprise commercial agreements.
Strong understanding of technology, including legal tech, cloud services, software licensing models, information security, privacy, and regulatory considerations.
Experience supporting AI-enabled products and emerging tech issues.

Responsibilities

Lead customer, procurement, and strategic commercial negotiations for software, SaaS, cloud services, AI offerings, and partnerships; coordinate with Sales, Finance, Security, IT and Compliance.
Provide strategic legal advice on commercial and operational issues and manage a high volume of contracts with varying complexity.
