Job summary

The SR Group (US), Inc. seeks a Senior Counsel, Procurement & Construction to lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex agreements for utility-scale renewable energy projects in North America.

You will advise on construction, procurement, operations, and financing, partnering with business stakeholders and managing legal risk across the asset lifecycle. The role spans EPC/BoP, procurement, and O&M contracts, with remote/hybrid options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• J.D., LL.B., or equivalent law degree.
• Active bar membership in a U.S. or Canadian jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and drafting for EPC and BoP agreements.
• Negotiate procurement and equipment supply contracts.
• Draft long-term service and O&M agreements.
• Provide strategic legal guidance across project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel.
