Job summary

Cor Partners is seeking a mid-level in-house attorney to partner with four sister companies on professional liability, litigation management, and risk mitigation. You will lead litigation efforts, manage subpoenas, coordinate with external counsel, and advise leadership on legal, regulatory, and operational matters.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with active bar membership in good standing.
• ~10+ years in insurance services, claims handling, TPA, and/or expert services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee active and pending litigation with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and defend experts for deposits and attend mediations.
• Respond to subpoenas, regulatory inquiries, and document requests while safeguarding privileged information.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts; help implement enterprise-wide legal processes.
