Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee active and pending litigation and manage outside counsel and carriers.
• Prepare and defend experts for depositions and attend mediations.
• Respond to subpoenas, regulatory inquiries, and document requests while protecting privileged information.
• Provide proactive legal guidance on professional liability exposures and risk strategies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts across business units.

You will serve as the primary legal advisor to business and operational leaders, managing litigation, leading subpoena management, and response, managing external counsel, and ensuring alignment of process and practice across businesses. A sign-on bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
