Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Proven track record of litigating jury trials with successful outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of practice area and complex litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle high exposure cases and complex litigation independently.
• Apply trial skills to try cases to verdict or negotiate resolutions.
• Conduct advanced legal research and persuasive writing.
• Attend court events, depositions and hearings independently.
• Mentor junior attorneys and provide client updates.
