Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Advanced oral and written advocacy skills with trial and appellate success.
• Strong knowledge of bench and bar practices and effective communication to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a caseload of higher exposure cases and complex matters.
• Apply litigation skills to try cases to verdict or negotiate resolutions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other documents; attend court events and depositions.
