Job summary

Talently is seeking an In-House Counsel to join Scottsdale on-site as the second U.S.-based attorney, leading legal operations for a growing construction company.

You will draft, review, and negotiate vendor, procurement, and customer agreements; develop contract templates and governance standards; partner with operations, finance, and leadership to provide practical legal guidance; manage external counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Eligible to register as in-house counsel in Arizona.
• 4–8 years of experience in commercial contracts, legal operations, and corporate law.
• Strong commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation experience.
• Experience developing legal processes, governance models, templates, playbooks, or operational improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
