Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years healthcare legal experience preferred (DMEPOS, healthcare distribution, medical products, logistics, home-based care, pharmacy, tech, or regulated business).
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with healthcare fraud, privacy, billing, licensure laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day commercial legal partner for At-Home Solutions businesses.
• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, supplier, vendor, manufacturer, distribution, services, tech, and strategic agreements.
• Counsel on contract risk, new services, commercial models, and operational changes.
• Identify legal and compliance issues, communicate risks, involve subject-matter experts when needed.
• Support strategic projects, integrations, technology implementations, and disputes.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Marketing, Sourcing, Operations, Sales, Regulatory, Compliance, and other partners.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, intake processes, and training to speed contracting.
