Job summary

VitalCore Health Strategies seeks a highly motivated Legal Counsel to provide legal guidance across corporate matters. You will collaborate with leadership, managers, and outside counsel to support litigation, compliance, records management, and risk mitigation.

The role requires a law degree and strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in corporate/healthcare law is preferred, with the capacity to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience in corporate law, litigation, healthcare law, compliance, or related legal environment preferred.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex legal concepts practically and understandably.
• Sound judgment and ability to identify and address potential legal risks.

Responsibilities

• Advise on business transactions, claim liability, and legal rights and obligations.
• Analyze probable outcomes of cases using precedents.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents.
• Supervise legal assistants and manage legal workflows.
• Gather evidence to formulate defenses or initiate actions; interview clients and witnesses.
