Cardinal Health is seeking a practical, collaborative healthcare attorney to serve as Senior Counsel, At-Home Solutions. This role supports growing healthcare businesses across DMEPOS, At-Home, and VeloCare, handling commercial contracting and strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate provides day-to-day legal support on commercial matters, guidance on new services and business models, and partners across Privacy, Marketing, Sourcing, Operations, and Compliance to drive practical,

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare legal experience, including DMEPOS, healthcare distribution, medical products, logistics, home-based care, pharmacy, or other regulated areas.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience advising on customer- and vendor-facing commercial arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day commercial legal partner for At-Home Solutions businesses.
• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, supplier, vendor, manufacturer, distribution, services, technology, and strategic relationships.
• Counsel on contract risk, new services, commercial models, operational changes, and interpretation of agreements.
• Identify legal and compliance risks, communicate risks and options clearly, involve SMEs when needed.
• Support strategic projects, integrations, technology implementations, and service launches.
