Cardinal Health seeks a practical, collaborative healthcare attorney to serve as Senior Counsel, At-Home Solutions. You will support DMEPOS, At-Home, and VeloCare businesses with commercial contracting, strategic relationships, and operational matters during acquisitions and integration.

You will evaluate risk, provide actionable advice, and help build consistent workflows across the portfolio, balancing business needs with compliance and governance.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• Active license to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare-related legal experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience advising on customer-facing and vendor-facing commercial arrangements.
• Familiarity with healthcare fraud, privacy, billing and licensure laws.
• Business-minded legal judgment with strong communication skills.
• Client service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Tech-forward mindset; comfortable with legal tech tools.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as day-to-day commercial legal partner for At-Home Solutions businesses.
• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, supplier, vendor, and distribution agreements.
• Counsel on contract risk, commercial models, and operational changes.
• Identify legal issues, communicate risks, and involve experts as needed.
• Support strategic projects, integrations, launches, and disputes.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Marketing, Sourcing, Operations, Sales, and Compliance.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and training to speed contracting and reduce risk.
• Manage multiple matters with timely, risk-aware escalation.
