Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to at least one State Bar (Maryland preferred).
• 5-10 years of corporate law, real estate, M&A, and/or healthcare law experience.
• Experience advising on technology related legal matters, including software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, data privacy, and AI.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and legal technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Draft/review IT/Health IT vendor agreements (SaaS/hosting/managed services) and related professional services.
• Draft/review of licensing agreements and related IP/commercial licensing provisions.
• Draft/review of SLAs and related performance/availability commitments and remedies.
• Prepare litigation materials, privilege logs, and legal research as needed.
• Assist with HIPAA/compliance research and regulatory crosschecks.
