Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of at least one U.S. State Bar.
• 5+ years in U.S. and global mergers, acquisitions, JV and complex commercial transactions.
• Experience with supply chain transactions and cross-border matters.

Aufgaben

• Lead legal workstreams on domestic and international M&A, divestitures, carve-outs, minority investments, collaborations, and JVs through diligence to post-closing integration.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements.
• Support Ford’s global supply chain and supplier matters with risk-aware commercial reasoning.
• Negotiate with counterparties and JV partners in the U.S. and internationally.
• Advise business teams on risk, deal alternatives, governance, and execution strategy.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and legal tech to improve speed and quality while preserving confidentiality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage outside counsel workflow and budgets.
• Contribute to templates, playbooks, and precedents to improve efficiency and consistency.
