• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar Admission in at least one U.S. State.
• 5+ years in U.S. and global mergers and acquisitions and complex commercial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead legal workstreams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, minority investments, collaborations, and joint ventures from diligence to closing and integration.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements.
• Provide legal support for global supply chains, including supplier disputes, template/process improvements, and distressed supplier matters.
