Harley-Davidson Motor Company, based in the Milwaukee/Wauwatosa area, seeks a Senior Counsel, Supply Management to guide internal stakeholders on complex commercial agreements and procurement matters. In this in-person role, you will draft, review and negotiate supply, service, and software contracts, advise on risk and compliance, and manage disputes across the enterprise.

A JD and Wisconsin bar admission are required, with at least ten years of related experience in corporate or manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• JD required with Wisconsin bar admission or eligibility for in-house registration.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders including Procurement and Supply Management.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize a broad spectrum of commercial agreements (supply, service, software, consulting, marketing, logistics).
• Advise on procurement strategy, risk allocation, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Manage commercial disputes and litigation related to suppliers and logistics.
• Provide training and develop templates, playbooks, and policy materials.
