Harley-Davidson Motor Company is seeking a Sr. Professional Sourcing and Supply Management to lead indirect sourcing, contracting, and procurement strategies across multiple indirect categories.

You will own category strategies and translate business priorities into actionable procurement plans. You will drive supplier governance, conduct sourcing events, and negotiate complex contracts in collaboration with legal and compliance teams, while aligning with finance and business leaders to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of category plans and global sourcing strategies.
• Act as strategic advisor to business leaders by challenging demand and translating strategies into category plans.
• Establish category governance routines with stakeholder alignment and reviews.
• Ensure cost-effective buying channels and monitor KPIs and savings.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial metrics for assigned categories.
• Mitigate supply chain risks with contingency plans and compliance to standards.
• Lead sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and negotiate complex contracts.
• Build supplier governance models and conduct business reviews with key suppliers.
• Influence stakeholders to align category strategies and procurement policies.
• Drive process improvements and cost reductions through supplier collaboration.
