Qualified candidates will have a Juris Doctor Degree, 8+ years of experience, and strong negotiation, drafting, and legal compliance skills. The target salary range is $125,000 - $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial counsel experience required.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology-related agreements.
• Admission to the Bar of at least one state required.
