CoreWeave is hiring for a Senior Legal & Government Affairs role embedded with our Supply Chain and Capacity Operations. You will negotiate complex agreements with suppliers for GPU compute hardware and datacenter infrastructure, while aligning with finance, tax, and compliance teams.

The role requires a JD, 5+ years of relevant experience, and a track record of pragmatic, business-focused counseling for senior leaders in fast-paced environments.

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school; active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of legal experience, including significant time on complex commercial transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology infrastructure, hardware, or supply-chain agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex supplier agreements for GPU, compute hardware, servers, network equipment, and datacenter infrastructure.
• Support indirect procurement contracting for multiple business groups.
• Provide day-to-day, business-focused counseling on supply chain continuity, risk allocation, and supplier performance.
• Partner with regulatory, ESG, compliance on responsible sourcing and contract terms reflect obligations.
• Assist international expansion by adapting documents for new jurisdictions and coordinating with local counsel.
• Manage outside counsel on specialized matters and translate advice into actionable guidance.
• Develop templates and playbooks to drive scalable negotiations and self-serve for sourcing teams.
