The Senior Counsel will negotiate complex deals in sourcing, real estate, and capital delivery, ensuring compliance with corporate policies while supporting strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active license in at least one jurisdiction.
• Eight or more years of legal experience in corporate legal departments or law firms, with complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute legal strategy supporting Global Sourcing and strategic commercial agreements.
• Lead negotiations, drafting, and review of complex sourcing, real estate, capital delivery, and technology agreements.
• Manage outside counsel relationships, budgets, and compliance within policy constraints.
• Support cross-functional teams to enable business objectives while mitigating risk.
