Job summary

DwyerOmega is seeking a practical, business-minded Corporate Counsel/Senior Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. This role will advise business leaders and cross-functional teams, drafting, reviewing, and managing a broad range of commercial agreements in a fast-paced, high-growth global manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. state bar membership is required.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant legal experience with commercial contracting responsibilities.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex B2B agreements.
• Ability to independently identify issues, assess risk, and provide practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide variety of domestic and international commercial agreements.
• Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners and their counsel.
• Advise on contract rights, risks, and practical strategies for resolving issues.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.
