Job summary

DwyerOmega is seeking a practical, business-minded Corporate Counsel/Senior Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. This role will serve as a trusted legal advisor to business leaders and cross-functional teams, with primary responsibility for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad range of commercial agreements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably with significant commercial contracting in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant legal experience with commercial contracting.
• Ability to independently identify issues, assess risk, and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on domestic and international commercial agreements.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice to sales, procurement, operations, and finance teams.
• Support corporate governance, policies, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Assist with due diligence, acquisitions, and post-closing integration as needed.
• Manage outside counsel and develop contract templates and negotiation playbooks.
• Identify risks and balance them with business objectives in a fast-paced setting.
