Solutus Legal Search seeks a senior contracts leader to guide our global partnerships practice. You will lead structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex partner, reseller, OEM, MSP, and alliance agreements across jurisdictions.

You will advise leadership on deal structure and risk, collaborate across departments, and build scalable contracting processes and playbooks to support growth.

• Advise business leadership on deal structure, negotiation strategy, legal risk, and commercial solutions while collaborating across departments.
• Develop scalable contracting processes, templates, and playbooks to support a growing global partnerships program.
