Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced attorney to lead international partner and channel program development within a go-to-market legal team. You will draft and negotiate partner agreements across jurisdictions, and work with cross-functional partners to scale channel programs in a high-growth technology environment.

The role requires 8+ years of legal experience, JD, and strong negotiation and compliance expertise, reporting to the VP, International General Counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of combined relevant legal experience at a law firm and within a high-growth technology company.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective partner programs across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills across teams.
• Self-starter with judgment in ambiguous situations and ability to execute independently.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate partner agreements while managing legal engagements across regulatory and business needs.
• Lead and/or assist negotiations with strategic partners to balance growth with risk.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and evolve partner programs.
• Oversee compliance related to channel development and contracting in multiple jurisdictions.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and adjust channel programs accordingly.
• Create and deliver training on ethics and compliance for stakeholders working with channel partners.
• Collaborate with commercial counsel, operations, and business units to scale channel development.
