Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Legal Counsel to support our commercial sales and marketing teams. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including data subscriptions and licensing, MSAs, and SOWs, while ensuring privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with product development, advertising, and cross-functional leaders to drive practical, risk-balanced solutions and scalable contract processes across our business.

Qualifications

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Advise on privacy and data protection provisions, including DPAs.
• Provide guidance on advertising, marketing, and consumer protection laws.
• Support cross-functional initiatives with practical legal guidance.
• Counsel stakeholders with timely, risk-based advice.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, data licenses.
• Review privacy provisions and data handling requirements.
• Guide on UDAP/UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, FTC priorities.
• Support strategic programs with scalable legal frameworks.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on risk and governance.
