Job summary

Blue Coral Staffing Corp. is recruiting an experienced Corporate Counsel to serve as an in-house legal advisor across a broad range of matters. The role focuses on contracting, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced professional services environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a JD, active U.S. State Bar membership, and 4–6 years of law firm experience, with strong capabilities in drafting and negotiating contracts and managing governance processes.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.
• 4–6 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience with contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Experience supporting corporate governance activities and entity management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to senior leadership on corporate, operational, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
• Support corporate governance activities, including entity management and board matters.
• Identify and resolve legal issues in a complex professional services organization.
• Provide legal support across employment, regulatory, and cross-border matters.
• Lead legal aspects of restructuring or court-mandated matters when applicable.
• Conduct due diligence and support strategic business initiatives.
• Manage litigation and coordinate with outside counsel.
