Solutus Legal Search represents a mission-driven private cloud company seeking a Senior Counsel, Partners & Channel to join its growing in-house legal team in Oregon. The attorney will lead complex global partner transactions, advise on deal structure and regulatory matters, and help build scalable contracting processes for a expanding partnerships program.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of relevant experience, a U.S.

Competenze

• Active member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar and eligible to practice in-house in the state of residence.

Mansioni

• Lead structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex global partner agreements (reseller, referral, MSP, OEM, and alliances).
• Negotiate services agreements and subcontracts with systems integrators and service providers.
• Advise leadership on deal structure, risk, and commercial solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Privacy, Security, Finance, Tax, Engineering, Operations and Compliance on transactions and regulatory matters.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and contracting workflows for a growing global partnerships program.
