Justia, Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel to lead commercial and transactional matters, reporting to the General Counsel. You will own the lifecycle of partnership and integration agreements from client contact through signature, while expanding into regulatory, product, governance, and employment issues.

Ideal candidates bring a JD from a US law school, bar admission, and high-volume experience with technology transactions, M&A, or commercial contracts. In-house fintech familiarity is a plus.

Formación

• JD from an accredited US law school and bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction are required.
• Exceptional drafting skills with clarity, precision, and speed are essential.
• Ability to operate in a high-velocity environment where turnaround is measured in hours.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate, and close integration partnerships, vendor contracts, NDAs, and other commercial documents.
• Collaborate with GC on regulatory analysis, product counseling, governance, and employment matters.
• Partner with Business Development, Product, and Finance to translate commercial objectives into protective terms.
• Leverage AI and legal tech to accelerate drafting and review while maintaining quality.
