ABB Inc. is seeking a senior in-house attorney to deliver strategic legal guidance across complex international projects. The role focuses on EPC contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management while collaborating with global teams.

You will steward cross-functional stakeholders, support investigations, and advance integrity initiatives from a remote US base. The position requires a JD, active US bar, and 10+ PQE, with work authorization to operate in the United States.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a US law school with active bar admission.
• 10+ years of post-qualification experience in international legal, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Expertise in contract law and negotiation across EPC/project contracts and related areas.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders跨-country (cross-country).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support for project activities including EPC contracts from tender through closure.
• Advise internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
• Manage legal risk across competition law, data privacy (GDPR), product liability, employment, investigations, and litigation support.
• Contribute to integrity initiatives and regional/global legal and integrity teams.
