The role requires a Juris Doctorate, active NY license, and strong leadership to delivery exceptional client service within a national legal organization that supports professional development and local expertise.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Proven track record of trying cases to a jury with favorable outcomes.
• Advanced oral and written advocacy skills; strong research ability.
• Ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Independently handle a caseload of higher exposure and complex litigation matters.
• Leverage trial experience to advocate effectively and negotiate resolutions.
• Conduct advanced legal research and craft persuasive pleadings and briefs.
• Attend court events, depositions, and other proceedings.
• Provide case analysis and strategic recommendations to insured clients and partners.
