Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking an attorney to join its legal team in Collierville, Tennessee to provide legal advice across corporate governance and transactional matters, including contracts, M&A, real estate, lending and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will report to the General Counsel, collaborate with outside counsel, and help develop policies, support litigation, and guide business partners while maintaining Helena's high standards of integrity.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. or LL.M. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in a U.S. state or territory.
• Eligible to become licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
• 4–6 years of experience working in a law firm.

Aufgaben

• Assist General Counsel in day-to-day operations of the legal department workflow.
• Negotiate, draft, and review contracts with vendors, suppliers and partners.
• Work with outside counsel.
• Maintain Helena's policies and ensure contracts meet policies and procedures.
• Monitor pending litigation and discovery.
• Prepare reports for Executive team and Board on legal matters.
