Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC seeks an attorney to join its team to provide legal advice across corporate governance and transactional matters. The attorney will negotiate contracts, manage relationships with vendors, work with outside counsel, and ensure compliance with policies.

The role reports to the General Counsel and works on-site at the Corporate Headquarters in Collierville, Tennessee. Candidates should have 4–6 years of experience in a law firm and be eligible to practice law in

• Licensed to practice law in a U.S. state or territory.
• Eligible to become licensed in Tennessee.
• 4–6 years of law firm experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist General Counsel in day-to-day legal operations.
• Negotiate, draft, and review contracts with vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with outside counsel.
• Maintain Helena's policies and ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor pending litigation and discovery.
• Prepare reports for Executive team and Board.
• Develop and deliver presentations on legal matters.
• Perform research and compile data to support litigation.
