Job summary

On-site role reporting to the General Counsel, you will negotiate and draft contracts, review vendor agreements, and support mergers, acquisitions, real estate, and financing matters.

You will collaborate with outside counsel, maintain policies, assist with litigation discovery, and prepare reports for the Executive team and Board.

Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.M. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in a U.S. state or territory.
• Eligible to become licensed in Tennessee.
• Four to six years of law firm experience.
• On-site role in Collierville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Counsel in day-to-day operations of the legal department.
• Negotiate, draft, and review contracts with vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with outside counsel.
• Assist General Counsel with maintaining policies and ensuring contracts meet requirements.
• Monitor litigation and discovery.
• Prepare reports for Executive team and Board.
