Job summary

The role reports to the General Counsel and is on-site at Helena's Corporate Headquarters in Collierville, Tennessee.

You will negotiate, draft, and review contracts, work with outside counsel, and help maintain company policies and procedures while supporting litigation readiness and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• J.D. or Master of Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in a US state or territory.
• Eligibility to become licensed to practice law in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and review contracts with vendors, partners, and business units.
• Assist General Counsel in day-to-day legal department operations.
