Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC seeks an attorney to join its legal team in Collierville, TN. The role encompasses corporate governance, transactional work, and potential expansion into litigation and compliance. The attorney reports to the General Counsel and collaborates with internal teams and outside counsel.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in a law firm, hold a J.D. or equivalent, and are licensed to practice law in a U.S. state with eligibility for Tennessee licensure.

Qualificações

• J.D. or Master of Law from ABA-accredited school.
• Licensed to practice law in a U.S. state or territory.
• Eligible to become licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
• Four to six years of experience in a law firm.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate, draft, and review contracts with vendors/suppliers/business partners with input from internal stakeholders.
• Assist General Counsel with day-to-day legal department operations and policies.
• Work with outside counsel and support litigation efforts as needed.
• Prepare reports for Executive team and Board on legal matters.
• Develop and deliver presentations on legal topics to field employees, officers, and directors.
