Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. or Master of Law degree from an ABA-accredited school is required.
• Licensed (in good standing) to practice law in a U.S. state or territory.
• Eligible to become licensed to practice in Tennessee.
• Four to six years of experience in a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Negotiates, drafts, and reviews contracts with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
• Assists General Counsel in day-to-day legal department operations.
• Works with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on governance matters.
• Maintains company policies and ensures contracts meet policy requirements.
• Monitors litigation, conducts research, and supports discovery as needed.
• Prepares reports for Executive team and Board; develops legal presentations for field teams.
