Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking an attorney to join its highly qualified team to provide legal advice to Helena and its subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate would handle corporate governance and transactional matters including negotiating operational contracts, contracts for mergers and acquisitions, real estate and lease transactions, credit transactions and corporate financing, but would be willing to expand their expertise to include litigation and compliance.

Formación

• J.D. or Master of Law degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in a US state or territory.
• Eligible to become licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
• Four to six years of experience in a law firm.

Responsabilidades

• Assists General Counsel in day-to-day operations of the legal department.
• Negotiates, drafts, and reviews contracts with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
• Works with outside counsel.
• Maintains Helena's policies and ensures contracts meet policy requirements.
• Monitors pending litigation and discovery.
• Prepares reports for the Executive team and Board on legal matters.
• Develops and delivers legal presentations to field employees, officers, and directors.
• Conducts research and compiles data to support litigation and subpoenas.

Educación

J.D. or Master of Law degree from ABA-accredited law school
