Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and bar admission in good standing.
• 10+ years of experience in a relevant practice area.
• Substantial knowledge of current law and issues in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex insurance distribution arrangements.
• Advise on reinsurance transactions and multi-party insurance programs.
• Coordinate interrelated agreements and translate business models into workable legal structures.
• Partner across the organization on strategic initiatives and process improvements.
