Qualifications

• J.D. from a US accredited law school and bar admission in good standing in residency state.
• 10+ years of experience in a relevant practice area.
• Substantial knowledge of current law and issues within the area of specialty.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and timely.
• Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex insurance distribution arrangements (agency/aggregator relationships).
• Advise on reinsurance transactions, including inbound/outbound, catastrophe, and opportunistic reinsurance.
