Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Experience supporting technology transactions and complex commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled products and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for software, SaaS, cloud services, and strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams.
• Provide timely legal advice and business counsel on commercial issues.
• Engage with customers to ensure clear understanding and delivery of terms.
• Suggest improvements to standard forms and contracting processes.
• Leverage AI legal tech tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Support pricing initiatives and governance projects with Finance and Operations.
• Navigate internal approval workflows and respond to stakeholder questions.
• Utilize MS Office, Salesforce, Ironclad, and Asana to manage contracts.
