Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Counsel – Commercial Cloud Transactions to support our commercial contracting function. You will draft, review, negotiate, and advise on SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, and AI-enabled offerings, partnering with cross-functional teams to enable growth.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years negotiating complex technology agreements, strong business acumen, and experience with AI-enabled products and contract management tools such as Ironclad.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission.
Eight+ years of experience in technology transactions.
Experience negotiating SaaS, software, cloud services and enterprise agreements.
Strong understanding of AI-enabled products and regulatory considerations.
Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead negotiations on software, SaaS, cloud services, and partnerships.
Advise internal stakeholders and provide strategic legal guidance.
Improve contracting processes and standard forms.
Support AI-enabled contracting tools and related technology.
Drive pricing governance and commercial model optimization.
