Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, technology transactions, SaaS agreements and software licences.
• Advise on AI-related agreements, including data rights, intellectual property, model use and third-party AI providers.
• Support strategic partnerships, technology licensing and product commercialisation.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice on contractual risk, privacy, data and intellectual property matters.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and support the development of scalable contracting processes.

Candidate Profile

• US-qualified lawyer with approximately 7-12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in commercial contracts and technology transactions.
• Experience in-house at a technology, AI, SaaS or fintech business, or at a leading law firm.
• Exposure to AI, intellectual property, data privacy or emerging technologies advantageous.
• Commercially minded, pragmatic and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
