Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a skilled In-House Counsel specializing in technology transactions to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, redline, negotiate, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated analysis.

As part of a fast-paced, cross-functional team, you will collaborate with product and research teams to define evaluation criteria, translate legal insights into actionable AI guidance, and help shape our legal AI workflows in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses to contract-related scenarios.
• Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance.
